Terms of Service
The agreement between you (the customer) and us (O-ZO) when you sign up for a website plan.
Last updated: 23 April 2026
Who we are
O-ZO is a trading style of Prompt Engine Ltd, a limited company registered in England & Wales. In these terms "we", "us" or "O-ZO" means Prompt Engine Ltd; "you" means the business or person who orders a plan from us.
The service
We design, build and host a mobile-first website for your local business. A standard plan includes:
- A multi-page website built using your real photos, reviews and business details
- Hosting on our servers
- A branded business email address (you@yourbusiness-domain)
- Reasonable edits on an ongoing basis (see below)
- Basic on-page SEO (sitemap, schema, meta tags)
Typical lead time is about five working days from the point we have all the content and details we need from you.
Pricing and payment
- Monthly plan: £27 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
- Yearly plan: £270 per year, billed annually, includes a free
.co.ukor.comdomain.
All prices are in GBP. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
What counts as "reasonable edits"
Your plan includes small content changes — updating opening hours, swapping a photo, adding a new service, fixing a typo, tweaking copy. It does not include building significant new features, custom web apps, online shops, third-party integrations, or redesigns from scratch. We will always tell you in advance if something falls outside the plan and offer a quote.
Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly plan: you can cancel at any time. Your site stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for, then we take it offline.
- Yearly plan: you can cancel at any time, but yearly fees are non-refundable — your site stays online until the end of the year you've paid for.
- If we cancel because you haven't paid, we will email you first. If payment isn't received within 14 days your site will be taken offline.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of your own content — your logo, photos, text, reviews and any branding you supply. You grant us a licence to use that content for the sole purpose of building, publishing and maintaining your website.
We own the code, design patterns and templates we build the site with. You are licensed to use the rendered site for as long as you are a paying customer.
Your domain name
On the yearly plan we can register a new .co.uk or .com domain on your behalf. The domain belongs to you — if you leave us, we will transfer it to a registrar of your choice at no cost. You remain responsible for ensuring the renewal fee is paid (we usually bundle this into the yearly plan).
What we need from you
- Accurate business details (name, address, phone, hours)
- Permission to use any photos or reviews that come from third parties (for example, Google reviews)
- That you do not ask us to publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, or promotes hate
We may refuse to publish, or remove, anything we reasonably believe breaches the rules above.
Uptime and support
We aim to keep every site online 99.5% of the time on a rolling monthly basis, measured excluding planned maintenance. We do not offer a financial SLA — if there's a serious outage we will tell you and fix it as fast as we can.
Support is by email at hello@o-zo.com. We try to respond on the same working day.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you under this agreement — however arising — is capped at the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a change that affects you materially we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England & Wales.
